Coaching sessions are available online, with other arrangements discussed where appropriate.
Couples

Couples work will be available as my couples practice develops.
Sessions are arranged in advance and payment is made by bank transfer at least 24 hours before the session.
I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the session fee is payable.
We will discuss the practical arrangements and expectations before counselling begins.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an important part of coaching and counselling.
What you discuss in sessions will normally remain confidential, subject to the ethical and legal limits of confidentiality that we will discuss at the beginning of our work.
As a MBACP Trauma Informed Counsellor, I work within the BACP ethical framework and maintain appropriate professional supervision.
